Welcome to Iconic Dispatchers! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Iconic Dispatchers provides truck dispatching and administrative support services for independent carriers and owner-operators across the United States.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be authorized motor carriers with valid MC and DOT numbers, insurance, and all required documentation to operate commercially in the U.S.

4. Payments

Service fees are discussed and agreed upon during onboarding. Clients are responsible for paying all fees on time. Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused services.

5. No Double Booking or Misuse

Clients agree not to double-book loads, misrepresent information, or engage in fraudulent activity while working with Iconic Dispatchers. Violations may lead to termination.

6. Factoring & Broker Relationships

Iconic Dispatchers does not represent any factoring or brokerage firm. Clients are responsible for approving loads through their factoring company.

7. Data Use

We use your business data solely for dispatching, communication, and operational purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for load delays, broker disputes, or losses due to driver behavior. Our role is administrative and support-based only.

9. Termination

Clients can terminate services with 7 days’ notice. Immediate termination may apply for violations of terms or unethical conduct.
